Hi, I'm Elera

I spent years navigating the confusing world of grants, financial aid, and scholarships on my own. As a first-generation college student, nobody in my family could tell me where to look or how to apply. I figured it out the hard way — hours of research, missed deadlines, and a lot of frustration.

I remember sitting at my kitchen table surrounded by printed-out applications, trying to figure out the difference between a Pell Grant and a state grant, wondering if I even qualified for anything. It felt like the system was designed for people who already knew how it worked.

Why I Built This

After I finally made it through — after years of figuring out FAFSA forms, tracking down obscure scholarships, and learning which grants had the best odds — I realized something: the information was out there, but it was scattered across hundreds of websites and buried in jargon.

I built Elera Rowan so you don't have to go through the same thing. Whether you're going back to school, switching careers, looking into certificate programs, or just trying to find funding for your next chapter — I want to make it easier for you to find the money that's already out there waiting.

My Mission

I believe that money should never be the reason someone gives up on their education. There are billions of dollars in grants and financial aid available every year, and too much of it goes unclaimed because people don't know it exists or don't think they qualify.
